Systems for General Drive Technology

Whether conveyor systems, packaging machinery, test rigs, or special-purpose machinery: wherever motors and gearboxes need to be reliably connected to the application, KTR couplings are the solution of choice. They transmit torque, compensate for shaft misalignment, and make efficient use of the available installation space – even under varying speeds, high loads, and harsh operating conditions.

KTR offers a wide portfolio of couplings for machine and plant engineering: ROTEX® jaw couplings dampen torsional vibrations and ensure smooth, low-wear operation, even under frequently changing load peaks. ROTEX® GS backlash-free servo couplings transmit motion precisely and without reaction, as required in servo drives and positioning technology. RADEX®-N steel-laminate couplings and GEARex® gear couplings handle high torques in a compact installation space, where elastic solutions reach their limits.

Whether for new installations, variants, or modernization: KTR supports customers in selecting and designing the right shaft coupling – matched to the performance, dynamics, and operating conditions of the specific application.

KTR-Komponenten für die Allgemeine Antriebstechnik

ROTEX®, POLY-NORM®, and REVOLEX® connect robust, low-maintenance, and compact drives. The couplings compensate for shaft misalignment and dampen torsional vibrations.

BoWex® curved-tooth gear couplings stand for maintenance-free torque transmission in mechanical engineering.

ROTEX® GS, TOOLFLEX®, and RADEX®-NC connect servo motors to the application in precise positioning tasks. They transmit torque backlash-free and torsionally rigid, even under dynamic motion.

RADEX®-N is the solution for high torques combined with shaft misalignment. The steel-laminate couplings operate backlash-free, torsionally rigid, and maintenance-free.

EVOLASTIC® calm the drive train. As highly flexible shaft couplings, they dampen torsional vibrations and reduce the transmission of vibration.

MINEX®-S magnetic couplings transmit torque without mechanical contact. This enables a hermetic separation of drive and medium, for example in pumps handling demanding media.
